It's a 10-minute walk south of Taipei Station, even if you know where it is, and 15 minutes from Taipei MRT Taipei Station. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a multi-tenant building, so it's quite hard to find.
Southwest of Mitsukoshi. McDonald's on the 1st floor, Sushiro on the 2nd floor. If you take the Z4 exit from the underground mall to Mitsukoshi, there are fewer steps to get there.
This is a non-smoking hotel, but when I complained about the strong cigarette smell at check-in, I was shown to a different room. The shower and sink are compact. The only towels provided are bath towels. There are no face towels. The TV didn't work. There are also power outlets around the bed. There is a safety deposit box that can hold a small wallet and passport. It's in a busy area, so it was noisy until around midnight. You can definitely walk to the Airport MRT station, so it's good for early morning flights.

Location was rather convenient, but the check out time is abit early and the soundproofing is quite bad. Can hear the next door conversation pretty clear. But the staffs was friendly and they have a mini pantry. Thank you for safekeeping our luggage too.

Overall it is very good, because the fifth floor is the service hall with more complete facilities. Our room is on the eighth floor which is a bit inconvenient, and the laundry room is on the fifth floor! Will still choose next time! The transportation is really good!

The hotel is located in a convenient area, very close to Taipei Main Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel after getting off the train. There is a 24-hour McDonald's downstairs, which is very good. I will definitely book this hotel next time I go!
