第一天入住 自助check in說找不到預訂（還有最後有找到當值員工幫忙）
然後，電梯燈壞了，是全黑的狀態，要用iPhone 手電筒才能按樓層 。
房間空調不夠，開多久也是顯示24度，沒辦法調 。
訂房時發了電郵要求延遲退房時間到中午12時（完全明白是視乎情況而定）最後一晚下樓去問，職員還是說不能確定，要我們明早打電話下去再問（一般來說，別的酒店，前一個晚上就知道明天的入住情況，應該也就能確定退房時間的？）

The overall environment and hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the bathtub is also very clean, which is very good.
Since it is self-service check-in & out, you don't really need any help from service staff. But I still give it five stars for the service because the counter staff will still greet you, probably silently asking if you know how to use the machine, which is pretty good.
I give the location 4 stars because it is right in the middle of two MRT stations. I don't know whether to say it's good or bad... 😂 It's the same distance no matter which way you go

I was shocked that there were no face towels provided. The light switches didn't work very well, so it was difficult to use them. There was also sound leakage.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the property was good, and the hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The facilities provided everything we needed. It's a pity that there is no water dispenser. Although the room is humid, the housekeeping staff gave a dehumidifier which was very good. The room is spacious and the shower is comfortable. The self-service check-in machine is not very easy to use, but there are staff on the side to help.
