設施有點老舊，但乾淨衛生沒有什麼問題，性價比很高，且位置很好很方便，車子就停旁邊的洛陽停車場，停一個晚上也沒多少錢，隔壁就是便利超商跟小吃店，對面還有公園，再多走一點路有足浴按摩，電影院，餐廳等等

Great location because it is close to Ximending Walking Street.
The building it is in is very old and dirty. The reception and halls are dingy. Receptionist attitude was not too nice.
Walls are thin so you can hear the bustle outside and the rooms above and beside you.
Room is also very dirty. I found a blood stain on my bed.

It was a nice experience staying at ShinShin Hotel however the location and the parking is not that accessible for the guest. Because it is located on the highway but the room and service was all good. I dont have the picture of the room but its 8/10

The environment and the room are not so clean. The room on the 9th floor is in a mixed residential area. You can hear the sound of dogs barking. The sound insulation is very poor and there are no toiletries in the room. Not recommended!

Rather misleading, only show the rooms and not the exterior of the location. Realised it too late upon check in. It was situated on one floor of a old building among other small lodging. Would have forfeit and move to a better hotel but due to it was a PH weekends, there was no available room around the area we are in. Need to be more careful in future and not be tempted by the room rate.

The air conditioner seems to be broken, it doesn't cool, and there is noise. The water heater is cold and hot. There is a bad smell outside the room. The bed makes my body itchy. The location is convenient, but I won't stay there next time.

An unforgettable hotel. When I opened the door to the room, the smell of feces hit me. The waiter said there were no other rooms and I had to change rooms the next day. Then he brought an ozone machine and said that it would remove the feces smell in 15 minutes. He kindly reminded me to use the machine every time I smelled the smell. I had no choice but to cancel the rest of the night's stay immediately. Don't be cheap, unless you have a favorite smell! Negative reviews
