年末年始の台北101の花火を見た後徒歩圏内で帰れる宿として利用しました。深夜に徒歩30分くらい歩きましたが、治安に関する不安はなかったです。4人部屋を3人で利用。スタッフさんも親切で、ロビーにあるフリーラウンジではコーヒーやクラッカーの軽食があり作業したり旅の計画を立てるのにとても良い空間でした。

During our stay, the elevator was not repaired within three days and there was no prior notice. You have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to the room, and when checking out you can only carry your luggage from the 7th floor to the lobby.
