K-Hotel Songjiang

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can reach the hotel from Exit 2 or 3 of Xingtian Temple MRT Station. Unfortunately, the service of the hotel staff was not satisfactory. During my 4-day stay, I did not see a single smiling employee, which made me feel strange and uneasy. I went back to the hotel the next day and found that the door to the room was open. I thought there were employees cleaning inside, but I saw no one when I entered the room. There were no hotel staff on the entire floor. I thought the staff forgot to close the door after picking up the items. I went out the next day. At that time, the above situation also occurred in the next room. There were still guest's clothes in the room, even if the guest had not checked out, so I think this is a security issue, which is difficult to accept.

When the room opened, there was a smell of dampness and garbage that had been there for a long time. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was the first time I stayed in a smelly one. I had to hold my breath when I went to the toilet. I could smell the smell even when I slept on the bed. I heard a loud sound of water flowing next to me when I was sleeping in the middle of the night. I had a very poor rest all night. The hotel staff helped change the room the next day, and the hotel staff tried their best. I spent a total of NT$12,000 for two nights. It was a very bad experience and would not be recommended.
