Although the location is very convenient, the room is very noisy due to poor soundproofing. As soon as I entered the room at night, I heard KTV singing downstairs. The sound was very loud, and the whole room smelled like a nightclub!

I LOST MY THINGS. I told them not to clean my room and the next day I leave early for our northern tour. When I arrived at the hotel. They cleaned the bed and replaced the bed sheets. I clearly told them not to clean my room!! And now my teeth retainer for up and down denture is now lost! This cost me PXX,XXX per piece. It was wrapped in tissue paper. I placed it on the side table in a plate. They also tossed clean clothes to the dirty ones on the ground. Its not clean at all. I don't like people going round on my things specially If I didn't ask help to clean it. It happened last 3/2/25. I don't have time to escalate this since we are in hurry to leave the hotel in the midnight to catch my flight.

It's more like a couple's hotel. The room is big enough, but the toothbrush and other equipment need to be purchased separately. The soundproofing is very poor. There are people ktv upstairs at 5 am...
