The hotel's soundproofing is not very good and the facilities are average, especially the gym. The fitness equipment should be repaired. It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very excellent! Whether it is the front desk staff, restaurant staff, or even housekeeping staff, they always greet guests with a smile and cordiality. The overall accommodation quality is still worth recommending.

The design is very modern and youthful, perhaps not appealing to an older demographic. The location is convenient. However, the parking lot is often crowded as it shares an entrance with the shopping mall, which can be quite inconvenient.

Very very friendly staff that always greet you with a smile whether you are going out of return from outside. Room feels clean and cosy. Even the electric kettle they provide felt super clean 😊 There are a few place to chill around the area and also good food nearby, plus morning market is just beside and there is a night market at walking distance. However, most of the tourist attraction are abit out of the way and taking taxi is the easiest and fastest way. The staff can help to call a taxi but sometimes returning is harder to get a taxi

We cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

Although there are not many spaces and some require some parking skills, it was still smooth to get a parking space during my second stay. 3. The room is simple and clean, with a bit of the smell of an old business hotel, but it does not affect your sleep. I like the hard bed. 4. The drainage in the bathroom is not very good and the whole place will be wet, but the hot water is comfortable. 5. There is a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the whole building, which may not be suitable for those who are very concerned about it. 6. I didn’t expect to have breakfast. It was simple and delicious, but the coffee was very bitter. 7. The CP value of business trips is quite high.
