Maple Hotel Second Branch

Horrible hotel 🤬 Food smell from the time you stepped into the lobby Front desk staff are ok except for 1 super helpful young guy with glasses (didn't get his name) I had the unfortunate experience of being given a room where there are molds on the blind and shower curtain. The room is small (the older receptionist guy) was very sarcastic when I commented on the room size, saying this is what i get for booking standard room 🤬 I checked out the next morning and moved into another hotel, which was 100x much better than this and costs about the same. Unfortunately, on the night I checked in, the air conditioning experienced a problem and it was like a sauna in the room. By the time I checked out in the morning, the room was 27°C 😪 To their credit, I'd seen a bigger room for 4 guests - much better condition than the room I was given. Future guests in this hotel ... book it at your own risks. I hope the moldy curtain and blind in that room will be changed soon.
