"Tainan Crossing the Alley" is a 1989-era house. The owner, an engineer originally studying and working in northern Taiwan, chose to settle in Tainan, with his father's support, to consider his children's future and embark on a second phase of his life. Before completing the check-in process and experiencing the loft, you'll first ascend to the second floor, past two other guest rooms, open the wooden door, and then ascend the 62-degree inclined wooden staircase to reach the attic. This tatami-covered space, simple and unpretentious, offers a perfect atmosphere for filming. The owner shared how, after purchasing the house, he spent countless hours renovating it. To maintain this meticulously managed B&B, he established eight house rules to protect the rights of all guests. The everyday lives of ordinary people in the alleys, fleeting snapshots of life, are captured through the chance to visit during a business trip, savoring local delicacies and experiencing a local perspective. Such opportunities are worth cherishing.
