We couldn't fault our stay at this hotel, it was perfect! As soon as we stepped into the hotel door, the waiter greeted us with a warm smile and carefully arranged for us to wait in the cafe. The check-in procedure was orderly. When sending us to the room, the waiter not only helped us press the elevator button, but also bowed in front of the elevator door. His politeness and thoughtfulness were touching, and I felt at home. The room was clean and comfortable, any problems were solved immediately, and the service was very efficient. The breakfast time was a special surprise, the waiter remembered our special requests (such as no sugar in coffee) and took care of every detail. During my stay, every waiter demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and friendliness, and the service quality was consistent. This hotel perfectly integrates Japanese management style and first-class service level. Both the attention to detail and the guest experience are impeccable.
