房間裏的設施設備都非常好，衞生也非常乾淨，周邊私隱比較多，特別是牛肉店比較多，服務員的服務態度非常的好。

1，後門樓下是家鴨子主題餐廳，住在樓上能享受的帶有鴨子的味道。
2，天剛亮，餐廳飼養的大公雞每隔一分鐘打鳴一次。
3，衞生間淋浴後水全部灑在馬桶上，要用馬桶先要做清潔工作。淋浴下水不堵，但很慢，很慢。
4，免費停車。派人送我去了苗家灣停車場，第二天退房取車時要付費30元。感謝攜程給我補助。
