第一次來泰和出差，衝著他家的好評訂了這裏，體驗一圈下來，發現真的太讚了，有個戴眼鏡的姑娘非常熱情的接待了我，非常迅速的幫我辦好了手續，並貼心幫我選了一間不靠街邊的房間，還加了他們家24小時客服微信，事無鉅細送我上電梯，按電梯，擋電梯，去電梯的路上還不忘跟我介紹酒店的洗衣房，會議室，健身房，咖啡廳所在位置，最驚艷的是幫我申請延遲到次日下午4點退房，中午可以補個回籠覺，這點真的很難得，樓道遇到客房做衞生的服務員，都會主動跟我打招呼，受寵若驚，到房間後半小時，客服給我發了微信，説我是他們家的今天的幸運客户，問方不方便給我送份果盤上去，我當然盛情難卻的接受，下樓去吃晚飯，等電梯時，客房服務員不知道從哪裡跑出來，給我擋電梯，我都震驚了，海底撈也沒這樣啊，次日退房，我前台服務員還給我貼心送上伴手禮，裏面有烏雞蛋，烏雞餅乾一些小零食，這個酒店在管理和服務上真的用心了，最重要的事，才200 出頭的價位，以後來泰和，認準他家了。

房間環境衞生很好，讓人住得舒服無擔憂，服務態度也非常好，特別是早上的早餐非常豐富，口味極佳，飯後還有各種水果，愛心滿滿，在早餐過後讓人瞬間精神飽滿，又是美好的一天。
這酒店住的給人感覺非常好，值得更多的外出旅遊者、出差人員、親子外出家人都可以去體驗一下這酒店的服務。
