The location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Feng Chia Night Market. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so the neighborhood isn't noisy at night. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and it's adjacent to Feng Chia Park. While the room is a bit dated and uses an old-fashioned key, a huge plus is that electricity isn't dependent on a key card. This means the power stays on continuously, allowing you to return to a cool room even in summer, which is fantastic.

The staff were very attentive; when there was an issue with the electric kettle's socket, they proactively helped us switch rooms. Our initial room (ROOMXX07) was quite unclean, especially by the window, and I wouldn't recommend it – if it rained, you could hear dripping noises all night. The new room, however, was excellent and we were very satisfied with it.

Received warm welcome WhatsApp messages from hotel one day before we arrived. Staff was really helpful & chatty who also fulfilled our request for extra pillows. She briefly intro nearby where to shop, eat & travel. A really nice helpful lady who can be contactable at all times. Highly recommend this hotel as it is equipped with lift so no problem in staying rooms at high floor.

This hotel has 5 stars on Trip.com indicating it is a 5-star hotel but it is at best a 3-star hotel as it has no swimming pool or other recreational facilities. Its deco is outdated. It doesn't even have a proper lobby for cars to drop off passengers. The facilities and rooms are very dated. It doesn't even provide hand soap! The room is quite clean but there is lack of electrical sockets. The positive thing about this hotel is the location is quite central and rooms are quite spacious.

The location was central, making it easy to get anywhere. They upgraded my room because there was still room available. I was very happy to receive a spacious room. The bed was large and I rolled around to my heart's content. The hotel felt a bit dated, but overall, it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was grateful that they kept my luggage for a long time.

The hotel is excellently located, right next to Fengjia Night Market. I booked on a Saturday, and for some reason, hotels in Taichung are incredibly expensive on Saturdays; this one was triple its usual rate. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was very good. Despite the Saturday price hike, the cost felt reasonable for such a prime location. I would consider staying here again.

This accommodation near Fengjia offered excellent value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk to Fengjia Night Market. The room was clean and the space was adequate; one large suitcase fit fine, but two would be too cramped. The bathroom and shower head were very clean. There were many thoughtful touches, such as a large shelf in the bathroom providing ample space for personal toiletries. The hairdryer was a decent, powerful one, so women will have no problem drying their hair. The bidet toilet also functioned perfectly. The bed was just average. One pillow was too soft and easily flattened, while the other (a bolster pillow) was extremely firm. The hotel itself is quite eco-friendly; guests are encouraged to use refillable water bottles from communal dispensers. The lobby features smart self-check-in and check-out. If any issues arise, there's a convenient phone to call for assistance. They've streamlined the process effectively, so guests are unlikely to encounter any problems. The parking lot was spacious and well-lit! It's a fantastic indoor underground parking facility. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor; you select your breakfast time during check-in. Upon arriving on that floor, it felt like a 5-star experience. The full-length windows with their expansive, unobstructed view created a wonderfully comfortable feeling first thing in the morning. Most importantly, the breakfast was very much to my liking. The stay on June 15th cost NT$2390. Upon checking out, I noticed an entire floor of guest rooms being prepared for AC cleaning (I assume), which shows the hotel is diligently maintained—very impressive. Minor drawback: My friend didn't appreciate the eco-friendly water refill system. Although vending machines sold other amenities, they didn't offer bottled water, and a convenience store was a five-minute walk away.

We had an excellent stay! The family room (triple) was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread was generous with a great variety of options. The body lotion smells so good , we bought one back (cost 1000 TWD) for own use, available at front desk . Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families!

The room was quite spacious and well-appointed. The service was excellent; when we needed more hangers, the front desk promptly provided them. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from Fengjia Night Market. Highly recommended!

It was an awesome experience staying at INNK hotel. Although it's just a boutique hotel, it brings high value for money. It is a just a stone away from Fengjia Night Market. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. It is very well equipped with a big shared area and a spacious kitchen area for hotel guests to use. The laundry area has also allowed us to wash majority of our clothes before we end our trip. The room is also just nice for my family of 4.
