GGuest UserDear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!

HHuahuaxiaojiejiePerhaps due to the room type, both rooms were far from the elevator. Around 8 a.m., there was a thumping noise from upstairs. The room was spacious, but the downside was that there was no TV or refrigerator. If you wanted to cool something, you had to go up to the second floor, which was quite inconvenient. If you were picking up a tour driver, you had to have him go into the lobby and scan a QR code before you could leave.
The breakfast here was very poor. There was no basic milk, juice, or sauces. The outside bar only had two kinds of pickled cucumber and plain porridge. I got a bowl of bland noodles, so I skipped it the next day! It was simply not good.
It's a shame that the hotel rooms are basic, but the food wasn't well-received.

GGuest UserThe room on May Day was very tight, but I missed it early on May Day and booked two rooms, one on the outside and one on the courtyard.
Parking spaces include underground parking lots (right next to the hotel, near Starbucks) and surface parking lots (on Xinbei East Road, there is a small alley opposite the ”Yu Guoyuan” snack shop. The parking spaces are quite spacious)
The hotel is connected to the Leyin Garden next door during the day.
The hotel is very clean inside, the front desk is friendly, the room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for us to sleep on.
The hotel is very close to Shaxi Ancient Town. There are snacks, pastries, Taicang specialty meat floss, clothes sellers, and Yiwu small commodities. It is very lively. For breakfast, you can go to Auntie Zhang’s dim sum shop. The fried pancakes are quite delicious.

The hotel's laundry service was a lifesaver for families traveling together. The laundry room was spacious and well-laid out, with several washing machines and dryers operating simultaneously, so there was no need to worry about waiting in line. Moreover, considering the diverse laundry needs of families, it also provided washing machines of different sizes. My children have a lot of clothes, and the large-capacity washing machine was able to wash them all at once. The laundry room also had a children's play area, where the kids could play while waiting for their clothes to be washed, preventing them from getting bored. The washed clothes were clean, soft, and had a light lavender scent, which was very pleasant.
Parking is crucial for those of us traveling by car, and Home Inn Business Hotel excelled in this aspect. The hotel has a large open-air parking lot with ample spaces, ensuring there are always parking spots available even during peak tourist season. Tall trees provide shade around the parking lot, preventing vehicles from getting uncomfortably hot even under the scorching sun. A smooth pedestrian walkway with streetlights runs from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, making it very safe to walk at night. Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Sscy999Initially, after booking, I was a bit concerned seeing the mixed reviews on Ctrip, but after checking in, I actually found it to be pretty good.
First of all, the day before arrival, customer service reached out to ask for our license plate number. They also added us on WeChat to send over the address, important instructions, and the necessary pass for Seventy-Two Villages. We arrived in the afternoon, and our room was still being prepared. While we waited, they kindly offered us complimentary soft drinks.
We stayed in a LOFT room, which was perfect for our group of three adults and one child, with the addition of a tatami mat. The room offered a pleasant view of the fields.
The room key was an old-fashioned type; you had to manually lock the door after closing it, otherwise, it could be opened from the outside. You also needed to lock it from the outside when leaving the room. This system felt a bit dated and could definitely be improved.
On the LOFT level, the common area in the lobby featured an automatic mahjong table, which is great for larger groups.
The central air conditioning in the room was quite loud, which I found difficult to get used to, and I barely slept the first night. By the second day, I had adjusted to the noise, but the AC was too cold. Even after adjusting the temperature upwards and changing the fan speed, it didn't make much of a difference.
Upon check-out, they also gave us complimentary bottled water and a frog toy for the child, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The butler/concierge service is available until 9 PM, so if you need anything, it's best to contact customer service via WeChat earlier in the day.

The waiter was polite and professional, and delivered things in a timely manner. Conner also helped us with our luggage. Such attentive service made us feel warm. The restaurant has a wide variety of food with authentic tastes, and the breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The room is spacious, the decoration is warm, and the bedding is clean and soft, which makes people sleep well. The facilities in the room are complete, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and thoughtfulness.
