The hotel is pretty new, room is spacious and clean. Mattress is firm which is my preference 😀 staff is friendly as well, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Conner also helped us with our luggage. Such attentive service made us feel warm. The restaurant has a wide variety of food with authentic tastes, and the breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The room is spacious, the decoration is warm, and the bedding is clean and soft, which makes people sleep well. The facilities in the room are complete, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and thoughtfulness.

Because I stayed at Taicang Jinjiang International Hotel when I went to the Alps Ski Resort. It is a well-established five-star hotel. The accommodation is comfortable, hygienic, the service is professional, and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. In particular, I accidentally left my child's bracelet in the hotel. The service staff contacted me immediately and knew that I couldn't go back to get it, and helped to send it back home. Thank you very much🙏🏻

房間很乾凈，地理位置也很方便，隔壁還有個電影院，這次出行主要是去科技館，走過去大概10分鐘，走到博物館的話大概15分鐘，早餐品種很豐富，味道也很好，特別推薦小餛飩，是我吃過的酒店小餛飩裏面最好吃的阿姨包的很用心，不是傳統小餛飩的包法，是用大餛飩的包法來包的小餛飩，湯也很鮮。我們退房的時候，前台小姐姐很貼心的問我們要不要再帶上一杯水，看我們坐着休息的時候，也主動給我們提供了冷泡茶。服務滿分。

The fifth floor was also very quiet. The front desk offers delicious lemonade, scented tea, and coffee, all made fresh daily. The service is excellent and 24/7. Whenever I called, the staff responded quickly. I even left my phone at the front desk, and they thoughtfully picked it up. They also offer excellent courier services. The room was large and newly renovated, and the facilities were very new. The location is also excellent, right next to a bus stop in the city center. The bus departs and terminates at Taicang South Station and Taicang Station. Along the way, you'll find popular attractions like Nanyuan, Wanda Plaza, the Taicang Library, the Taicang Museum, and the Taicang Cultural Center. There's also the German Street and the city's largest supermarket. Transportation is very convenient, and a single bus line provides easy access to everything. There's also a Huaiyangchun morning teahouse right at the door, which opens early and closes late, and offers exquisite meals, which solved our dining problem. A very satisfying booking experience.

The front desk service was warm, tea was served when checking in, the room was clean and tidy, the guest supplies were comfortable, the slippers were soft, the books in the hall were neatly arranged, there were many kinds of books, the bamboo house was clean and tidy, and the hotel gave me a warm welcome when I left. The only regret is that the Chinese restaurant is closed during the Spring Festival. I will choose it again next time!

My children have a lot of clothes, and the large-capacity washing machine was able to wash them all at once. The laundry room also had a children's play area, where the kids could play while waiting for their clothes to be washed, preventing them from getting bored. The washed clothes were clean, soft, and had a light lavender scent, which was very pleasant. Parking is crucial for those of us traveling by car, and Home Inn Business Hotel excelled in this aspect. The hotel has a large open-air parking lot with ample spaces, ensuring there are always parking spots available even during peak tourist season. Tall trees provide shade around the parking lot, preventing vehicles from getting uncomfortably hot even under the scorching sun. A smooth pedestrian walkway with streetlights runs from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, making it very safe to walk at night. Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.
