The exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map. The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.

去陽澄湖吃蟹經過太倉就順便住一晚，這個如家總體還行，就是地下停車庫上來沒有任何標記，拖着行李箱來回看，好不容易看到了一個樓梯，標記上衹有餐廳的名稱，沒有關於酒店的任何指示牌！我們又拖着行李箱去另外出口查看，半夜三更的停車場來回穿梭，最後賭了一把，樓梯上去就是，呵呵如家一塊幾十塊錢的指示牌都捨不得弄，還好當晚前台服務員小姐姐服務態度很好，免費升級了房間，房間設施總體不錯，衞生也很乾凈，建議酒店的負責人可以加塊指示牌
