下午2:00準時到店，但是房間根本沒有準備好，在大廳等候半小時之後告訴我套間內有一個房間Ready了，可以先上去休息，結果上去之後阿姨衹打掃另一個房間，兩個房間的公共區域根本就不打掃地上全是頭髮，問保潔多要一卷衞生紙和浴巾都不肯。整體服務態度不好。
但有一説一，房型和價位還是很滿意的，很適合帶長者和孩子的出行。

訂的是家庭房，體驗感極差！！！
是套房，兩個房間，外面的房間是沒有窗的，進去是很壓抑的，房間層次很低，特別想説的是隔音差到極點！！！凌晨三點隔壁房間幾個男士一起正常聊天的聲音，都聽的很清楚，一整夜幾乎無法入睡，睡眠淺的人請慎入！還有前台當天的接待，電話過去多次，都沒有解決方案，遇到這樣的突發事件，沒有為客人及時提供方便，當時的心情真的衹有自己體驗了才知道，酒店晚上是沒有值班經理，遇到類似這樣的事情是無法得到解決的。衹能説酒店管理層不作為，遇到事情能拖就拖，根本沒有為客人想過！不會在入住！！！

酒店還得多掌握點住店規質，刷臉網信辦公安部2025.6.1明確規定任何單位不得違反規定要求人臉識別，除公安機關辦理重大刑事案件以外。但酒店至今還要求入住客人刷臉。理由是當地公安部門要求。整整讓我在大堂等了半小時。
