The hotel lobby is very cozy. The front desk staff provided good service. They introduced the detailed route of climbing Mount Tai very considerately. If you have any questions, you can call the front desk and they will answer them actively. The room facilities are complete. I will stay here again when I come to Tai'an next time. We booked a lake view room with beautiful scenery. The facilities in the room are also pretty good. It is relatively new, the area is sufficient, and there is a large balcony. The location is great, about 10 minutes drive from Mount Tai. I stayed there for two nights in a row. The first day was a children's suite, the hygiene and service were acceptable, but the second day I changed to a business standard room, the hygiene was really terrible, all the toiletries in the room were in good condition but they were all empty, I suspected that the room was not cleaned and asked to change rooms, after the change, the table was full of oil and meal residue, I asked the room manager to come to the room to deal with it, but he didn't come in half an hour, and when he came, he didn't have the attitude to deal with the problem, I have never given a bad review, this time I really want to give a bad review

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I am still very satisfied! The front desk service attitude is good. After calling the front desk to change the room, it was solved very quickly. One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.

Let’s talk about topics other than hotels: Tai’an is a long-established tourist city, where you can rely on the mountains and eat the mountains, so you don’t have to worry about no one coming to give you money. The attitude of the staff at Tai’an attractions is very bad. When buying tickets at Dai Temple, three staff members chatted inside and outside the room. They waited until they finished talking before selling the tickets. In Taishan, there are only a large number of staff at the ticket check-in office at the Red Gate, and they are not very responsive when asking about the relevant information of the attractions. There was a lot of garbage along the way, and no cleaners were seen. I only saw two waste collectors stepping on bottles. Nantianmen, Tianjie, Yuhuangding, and Guanri Peak are filled with instant noodle boxes, drink bottles, and disposable tableware. I saw only two staff members at the top of the mountain. They asked three questions and got one reply. When asked for directions, they even said they didn’t know. A staff member in front of Tianjie Archway was very aggressive and used a loudspeaker to scold tourists. There is only loudspeaker announcement at the fork in the road. The queue for the cable car lasted about two hours. There was no winding corridor to guide the queue, and there were no staff to maintain order. There were only staff at the ticket gate, who made sarcastic remarks when they saw the tired and scrambling tourists. We took an online ride-hailing ride at noon, and the driver insisted that we walk to the other side of the road in the bright sun. 1. There are many large mirrors. You can see mirrors at different angles when you lie on the bed. There are two mirrors on the diagonal wall of the bed. When you look from a certain angle, it creates a funhouse mirror effect. People's faces are extremely distorted, but they appear normal when you look closer.
2. The lighting settings in the room seem smart, but you feel like you have no control over them. When I go to bed, I want to leave a small light on so that the room is not too dark, but I can't find a separate switch for any light. I can only choose to turn on all lights, watch movie mode, and turn off all lights. All lights cannot be controlled individually. When the bed curtains are closed in sleep mode, the bathroom sensor light automatically turns off, and it is pitch dark in the room.
3. The most unique feature is the design of the dressing table, which has two round mirrors. One of the small mirrors can be moved, and the large mirror has a folding telescopic rod, but the up and down tilt angle cannot be adjusted. There is a light button at the bottom of the large mirror that can emit a very faint light. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and was shocked to see a skull. It turned out that in the completely dark room in sleep mode, this little bit of light was partially blocked by the small round mirror in front, and the two paintings above the large mirror were black holes on the white wall. The two paintings and two mirrors formed a very unique skull light and shadow, which really scared me. I kept the lights on all night and didn't fall asleep until after one o'clock in the morning.
suggestion:
1. Take away the small mirror and do not place it according to the hotel design;
2. Be sure to look at the funhouse mirror from multiple angles. The distorted mirror effect will awaken your inner anxiety when you are not aware of it.
3. If you are particularly sensitive to the environment, it is recommended to prepare yourself mentally.

RRuddyReally had a good nice stay at holiday inn Taian city center, especially the receiptionist Ms. 陈蓉 (if i am not mistaken), she was really helpful by arranging all the car booking because I had to go to Jinan Airport early in the morning, she helped me with all the communication and negotiation with the car booking guy, really thank her a lot, will surely come back again if I go to Taian.

TTim in ChinaExcellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them.
The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service.
The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower.
The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple.
Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

LLovelybirdThe staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

FFengqinanThe hotel used to be a relatively high-end hotel. Since Wanda opened, there have been more hotels nearby, and it is not very prominent here. In fact, the location here is OK, the lobby is more ordinary, the front desk is not busy, you can check in directly with the reservation name. The bed is moderately hard and soft, and the shower is normal. I think it is still very good here.

TToon KeeWe were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple.
Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise.
Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us.
During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice.
Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station.
Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.

BBenjamin Sch.The hotel is located on the top of Taishan where good places are rare. The room was this time incredibly expensive and the quality is just soso. I used it for several years but for the high price I would carefully check before reconsidering. You get a clean bed, a warm shower and a toilet for the high price.
Otherwise, Taishan gets more and more crowded over the last 10 years and I felt there were too many people this time, especially in the morning hours. This year it was cloudy, so no sunrise.
The hotel should offer the room only together with a day ticket from HongMen (Red Gate). When we arrived at 2:00 pm the tickets where all sold out and we were forced to take the bus to the middle station although we wanted to walk.
