The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel upgraded us to a king-size bed room with a mountain view for free. The view was stunning. On May Day, I took my family to climb Mount Tai for the first time. During the journey, the hotel butler contacted me specifically. When I arrived, I found that they had specially prepared snacks, fruits and daily necessities for us. They introduced the tour routes and transportation plans of Mount Tai. Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

Most of the rooms are good. The room feels the same as other cities I've stayed in. There aren't many breakfast options, which doesn't matter much. The main complaint is that the air conditioner in the room can't be adjusted. I was so tired after climbing the mountain that I turned on the cooling and went to sleep, but I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. I fiddled with the air conditioner for a long time and it kept blowing hot air. I couldn't lower the temperature in the heating mode, and it didn't work when I switched to cooling and air supply. It just kept blowing hot air. Because the child fell asleep, I didn't have the pleasure of calling for someone to check. Finally, I turned off the air conditioner, moved the quilt away, and barely fell asleep with the window open.
