這家老酒店的服務真的沒得説！從一進大廳前台張倩瑋熱情的接待，主動給我們介紹登山路線，規劃行程，還送了小朋友新年禮物，細節感滿滿。再到客房阿姨貼心的打掃，每一個環節都讓人倍感温暖。餐廳的菜品既有傳統的經典風味，又有創新的獨特口感，一口下去，滿滿的都是回憶。酒店位置也特別好，離泰山景區特別近，最主要的是還有免費送站的班車，周邊出行、購物都很方便。住在這裏，就像回到了家一樣，超讚！

酒店距離天外村遊客中心真的很近，酒店屬於老牌五星吧，設施確實陳舊了些，但圍護的還行，總體房間也比較乾淨。入住當晚發生了一些衞生方面的小插曲
，但是酒店方面第一時間進行了整改，大堂副理張經理還特意第一時間上門進行致歉和贈送了一些小禮品，應該説服務絕對算是五星級的服務。總體來説酒店還是讓我很滿意的。下次來還會考慮再次入住。

去爬泰山非常方便，一到酒店就感受到了滿滿的熱情，特別是前台小姐姐張倩瑋，服務非常好，還免費幫我們升級了房型，送了孩子禮物，主動向我們介紹了去登泰山的途徑，打掃衞生的阿姨也非常好，幫我們的房間貼了福，總之體驗感非常不錯
