The room was spacious and clean. My only minor issue was that the bed felt a bit damp, though I'm not sure if it was weather-related. Otherwise, everything was very good. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Honestly, for a five-star hotel, I found the rooms a bit underwhelming. They were clean and tidy enough, and the size was decent. We received two welcome fruit plates, and the service was quite good overall.

This was my first time staying at a Blue Sea hotel, and overall, the service was truly outstanding. The hotel butler proactively communicated with us about our needs, and all our check-in requests were fulfilled. The hotel boasts an excellent location. Three panoramic elevators offer stunning full mountain views, and thanks to the hotel's elevated position, rooms also provide sweeping city views. The beds were clean and tidy, and the mattresses were just right – perfectly balanced in firmness. Bathtubs and a swimming pool are standard amenities, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. As I had a busy schedule, I was also able to arrange a late check-out. Before I left, they even offered complimentary water and snacks. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would like to express my gratitude to all the service staff, especially the front desk team and the butler.

We booked this hotel on a whim for our Mount Tai trip with the kids, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It's very close to the Hongmen Tourist Center, and right across the street is Pangu Tiandi Wanda Plaza. With milk tea shops, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and even a Lawson convenience store (a rare find if you're from Qingdao!), dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. Our mountain view room offered direct views of Mount Tai, and at night, we could even see the lights of those climbing up. Immediately after getting off the high-speed train, we received a call from a hotel staff member asking for our estimated arrival time and any room preferences. This thoughtful touch was truly impressive. The room was clean and odor-free, and the air conditioning had been turned on in advance, so it was wonderfully cool when we arrived. Each room also came with a complimentary five-piece climbing kit, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. They even provided a complimentary late-night snack. If we ever return to Tai'an, we'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is truly outstanding. The service, ambiance, location, and value for money were all absolutely perfect. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. It's a first-class hotel.

Facilities: The facilities were very old and outdated, completely unlike the pictures online. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was mediocre. While there was no visible trash, the room had a severe, unpleasant odor, specifically a strong musty smell. I started feeling itchy all over after just lying on the bed for a short while. Environment: The external common areas were nothing special, just average. Service: The service was alright, pretty standard. (We traveled from out of town and booked a suite based on the online promotional photos. The actual room was drastically different. We ended up leaving after just 30 minutes and switched to a Hilton hotel.)

Excellent! Even though the hotel has been open for many years, it's impeccably clean everywhere. They provided a generous welcome fruit platter, not just a couple of token pieces. Right across from the hotel is Pangu Plaza, which is incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. I forgot to take photos of the breakfast, but it was also very good with a wide variety of choices. The pool water was quite clean, but there were swimming lessons with many children, so I only stayed in for a short time. We also received a small gift upon checking out. The best aspect was the flexibility for early check-in and late check-out, which is a fantastic perk not offered by many hotels. They even called ahead to ask about our arrival time and made sure the room was cleaned beforehand, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our family room was great, featuring two sinks and lots of panda plush toys, which our child absolutely adored.

The room was great, though unfortunately, we missed breakfast. A crucial warning: the pattern on the hiking backpack was seriously bleeding color! Be extremely careful not to let it rub against your clothes. The service was also quite good. We booked the family suite, and it was adorable with dolls and other cute items.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained; I immediately felt comfortable upon entering. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was also thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and there was plenty of hot water for a very relaxing shower. Free parking was a definite plus.

The environment was pleasant, and parking was very convenient! Pangu Tiandi, just across the street, offers plenty of dining and shopping options, which was super convenient. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff was very professional. I was upgraded to a mountain view room and liked it so much that I extended my stay for an additional two days.

Overall, I found this place to be quite good. The service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and pleasant. The price was also very reasonable. The only issue I encountered was on the third morning, from approximately 7:50 AM until 9:00 AM, when there was no hot water. When I tried to get hot water, it was either completely cold or even black. I'm unsure if this was an isolated incident or a recurring problem, and I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously. I ended up having to take a cold shower. While the cold water itself was clean, a cold shower is definitely not ideal, especially for children and women.

The room amenities were quite dated, and the hotel itself felt a bit run-down overall. Right from check-in, the service felt rather indifferent, and the management also seemed quite disorganized. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options, but few were particularly tasty. On the first day, the coffee machine was out of order. On the second day, it displayed a 'grounds disposal' message for a very long time, but no one attended to it.

The room is very spacious. It's also clean. A welcome fruit plate is also prepared. It's very thoughtful. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I special thank to them helping me to book a taxi as my WeChat not able to call one. A very nice hotel.
