They didn't even tell us in advance that the pool was unavailable, and their response was the worst. The staff were extremely rude. They spoke to the guests in a very aggressive manner. I was really upset.
I don't know why they have such an employee at the front desk.
When I came into the room, the door and the phone were broken. There was something on the blanket. There was no hot water.
So I asked for a refund, but they said no. After a long argument, I asked to change the room, and this time, it was a wall view.
I think I know how easy they take their guests.
Never come here. This is the first time I've left a 1-star review, but I'm leaving it because I'm afraid other people will be hurt.

Location is quite far from central BGC but SM Aura is just beside hotel. Easy to get food and grocery.
Room is big for 2 person but it does not provide iron.
Bedsheet does not change everyday as well.

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.

The room was tidy, the breakfast was delicious, the front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the location is not far from the airport. It only takes one hour to get to the airport during peak hours. I should come again
