Mahal ng room for 1 nyt pero wala man lang complimentary like, libreng bottle water, shampoo basic po yun sa hotel.hayst medyo dito lang ako nadismaya.

This hotel is clean, but the internet connections suck!! I won't stay again in this hotel.. Internet connection matters nowadays! Please do improve your internet connection it's disappointing

I arrived May 26th, 5PM. The receptionist was kinda not in the mood. Wasn't courteous at all. Didn't smile. The security guard was also playing with his phone. Asked them for recommendations where to eat, the guard took a second to respond, perhaps trying to pause the game and said "naa'y carenderia sa unahan" 🥴 I rephrased and told him "Asa pwede musuruy kanang daghan kan-anan?" So he asked the receptionist "Asa dapit daghan kan-anan?" The female receptionist snapped "ADTO'S UNAHAN OH?!" I never considered myself demanding nor entitled, but this is waaay too low for the bare minimum hospitality expected from a Hotel staff 😅 I will say it as it is. POOR STAFF SERVICE. The rest is fine - as you get what you pay for.

My parents so loved their experience stay at this hotel. They got satisfactory comments and they had the customer service graded. Thanks for the staff and for the nice room. We enjoy our stay.😍
