When we entered the room, the bedsheet was dirty, they hadn't even changed it, then the toilet was OMG so dirty, then the soap they had was in a big bottle and only left over from the previous person who checked in 🥲, it's like you're in your own house, you and your family can share the soap 🤣, sorry but this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had dirty rooms, I arrived at 12am and checked out at 6am 🥲,

We stayed there on 3 previous occasions I booked for the 15/16 January but the hotel had changed hands early in new year .I am expecting a full refund.

We booked on line via Trip.com in the usual way.
When we arrived at 10am on Wednesday the 15th
January the the Red Doorzhotel no longer existed
And changed hands early in the new year.There was no communication from Red Doorz to Trip.com
Paid on line.for two nights. I expect a Credit note for £24.00. I had to pay alternative accomodation.
We stayed at Red Doorz Calcetta street and paid
Another £15.00 plus I lost my trip coins ...please credit my account with £24.00 ASAP.
I've been using Trip.com since 2012 and I've never
Had problems before?? We are frequent travellers because of our work.
Kindly remove the Red Doorz pamiong from the on line

The hotel is not so clean but so convenient, the staff is so friendly, and it’s near from the port for travelers planning to go to cebu or oslob.

It’s a last minute booking since our reservation from Airbnb was canceled. We were lost coz the pinned location isn’t right. It was a scary experience. I wanted a refund but the hotel refused. I booked to another hotel nearby where we can park the car. We never stayed here.
