We booked this hotel for our company director, and they had nothing but positive feedback. They mentioned that the hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

The hotel is good location is good service is not that good. In fairness hotel hotel people are good. They are smiling & friendly. And, the event center is not that convenient. Because it is a bit far from the hotel. And there’s no walkway in there. It is so annoying specially it’s raining during our event. And walking around 200 meters from the hotel wearing high hills are hell. And the service in the event is not that good. They are lacking personnel.

Room and amenities are great! However courtesy and hospitality of the staff in the breakfast buffet aren’t nice.
And upon check out the front desk lady ask me to sit and wait first to check the room, was waiting for more than 20 mins coz I heard her earlier that she was calling the room number one by one. But when I ask her again she just told me that she already clear my room, like what? I was just sitting there waiting for you to call me atleast approach mewhile I was literally wasting my time waiting for her call!
