The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back

Everything about my stay at Alta D' Tagaytay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and the lovely hotel view. I was blown away by Alta's beauty and were taken aback. The highlight of my trip was the grand stair; I must say, it was an amazing experience and the place was quite clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They offered a variety of things that we didn't participate in recrational things such as bowling, pool, billiards, and television. However, I’ll make sure to return so I may take in their activities while enjoying a pleasant view. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and had a beautiful photos which i’ll carry for the rest pf my life. Alta offers something for everyone, whether you want to unwind by the ocean or participate in the many activities. Families, couples, or even lone travelers seeking a mix of leisure and adventure will love it! I'm excited to return.

i still couldnt get over my experience in this hotel. i thought all the while the event would be a memorable and happy experience that i can cherish, attending my sisters wedding. cherish no... it was HORRIFYING, i never thought that i would be robbed in such a highly regarded hotel, I lost all my jewelries in this event, they have no safety boxes. i learned that they were also other guests that was robbed during that event. im still shocked up to this day that this would happen to me, it was so traumatic that i will never trust any hotels security from now on

The best hotel experience ever. The perfect view, the service and the food are the best. A must visit and accommodation when you go to Tagaytay. The staff and crew are very approachable and friendly. This is also the best for wedding occasion.

We have stayed here a month ago, August 30 2024 to be precise to attend a wedding , i have nothing but praise in terms of the hotel venue and church, bec it is only in one compound, BUT our stay turned into HELL, since during the event we have been robbed of our belongings, cash and jewelry, also the brides family have been robbed , the groomsmen cash jewelry and even credit cards. How can a hotel allow this to happen, your security is compromised , instead of a relaxing weekend with friends and family , we had to spend our time at the police station for this investigation, up until now the hotel has not contacted us to settle this, instead they have been stalling , they should be accountable to this.
