The location was good as it is near the downtown. The price of the room was so so. We were able to get a discount thru the app trip.com. However, When we got to our room, we were surprised that there were no towels, bottled water provided though we booked a standard room. After few hours, we requested for a towel but to our surprise, we were given a very old towel. They are not so accommodating. It was my second stay in their place yet I was very disappointed.

I arrived in Tacloban from Manila at 7am, and even though I arrived before 8am, the hotel allowed me to check in without any problems.
I was sleep-deprived, so I was able to take a nap at the hotel after arriving, which I was grateful for.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to stay for 5 days.
There was a 7-Eleven next door, and many fast food restaurants in the area, so it was convenient. This is one hotel I would like to use again on my next business trip.
