俄羅斯舊時的領事館，俄式建築，鐵銹紅的牆面。賓館的環境很優美。賓館客房衞生條件好，設施有年代感，淋浴衹有浴簾，衞生間地面很滑。
貝拉餐吧就在院內，環境優美，每個餐廳佈置都很典雅。餐吧提供三種價位的套餐，含各種美食：烤乳鴿，烤羊蠍子，蒸鱈魚，蝦仁，牛肉湯，酸奶粽子，俄式餐包，土豆燉牛腩，拌麪，蔬菜，果鋪拼盤，水果，烤包子，哈薩克包爾薩克，炒麪筋，冰淇淋，一人份，味道很好。賓館提供的早餐也很棒。
