I cannot recommend this hotel. During my stay, one of my personal items went missing after the room was cleaned. Despite several follow-ups, I received no response for weeks. When I finally got an answer, I was told it was my own fault – without any proper investigation of the incident. The way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional and showed little concern for guests. Personal belongings should not disappear during housekeeping, and legitimate complaints should be taken seriously. I would therefore advise against staying at this hotel.
