Sono ritornata all’Hotel Regina e mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura è antica, con un’atmosfera elegante e tranquilla. Posizione eccellente, perfetta per visitare Salsomaggiore a piedi. Colazione nella norma. Ottima accoglienza anche per i cani, che sono ben accetti. Consigliato!

Non sono presenti le camere prenotate,personale poco disponibile e scortese,cibo scadente,camere sporche e non curate.Cena:pasta al pesto(scotta ed il pesto fatto con la panna),pollo con purè(pollo abbastanza crudo e la purea di quelle liofilizzate),panna cotta(acida).

Quest'hotel ha una struttura moderna,antica....ok tutto,ma la sala ballo è piccola,nella mia camera ho trovato phon rotto,lampada non funzionante, il pavimento graffiato e che faceva rumore,il cibo proprio pessimo e infatti metà ma anche di più delle cose le ho lasciate,frutta quasi inesistente e se c'è è o marcia o troppo grossa,a quanto riguarda i camerieri stavo passando un piatto e lei l'ha preso in modo scontroso e mi ha fatto cadere la forchetta,per i servizi a tavola i piatti arrivano dopo un'ora e se gli chiedi una cosa che non hanno portato o te la portano dopo due ore o non te la portano proprio...poi ad alcune persone a volte si scordano di servirle e compresa io che dopo 1 ore e mezza/due ci hanno portato il 1° piatto a me e ad un mio compagno di classe e a quanto riguarda la cottura e tutto del cibo le patate sono molle,la carne dura, insalata con poca quantità, e il petto di pollo anche e vi consiglio di non vedere solo il fuori pk si è bello,moderno ma è proprio a un livello bassissimo. Zeer oud onderkomen hotel. Vergane glorie. Niet aan te raden. Met groep geweest 1 nacht. Zeer rumoerige eetzaal door de slechte akoestiek. Je kunt elkaar niet eens verstaan. Diner was SLECHT, de pasta was niet eens gaar en de kip compleet uitgedroogd. Om 20 uur aan tafel zoals afgesproken en pas om 20.40 de 1e gang. Wijn, water en frisdrank zou incl zijn bij diner, maar later bleek alleen de wijn gratis te zijn, ondanks dat we het vooraf 2x gevraagd hadden. Wat een ballentent! Never nooit meer.

Ein zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommenes exclusives Hotel zum akzeptablen Preis mit einem sehr umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet.Lobenswert waren die sehr bequemen Betten der begehbare Schrank und das Sofa das zum Etagenbett umfunktioniert werden konnte und im Preis inklusive war.

A fuir. Petit dejeuner avec un café inbuvable pour le pays du café. Chambres vieilles ainsi que la salle de bain. Repas le soir 2h pour etre servis. Petites quantités. Pas aux normes. Douche vieillotte. Je déconseille. Malgre les plaintes pas grand chose a été fait.

Camere sporche comprese le lenzuola non pulite! Check-in non organizzato. Alcuni alimenti della colazione ad esempio succhi e yogurt non erano di qualità. Personale poco preparato. Attualmente avrebbe bisogno di manutenzioni e di sicuro le 4 stelle dichiarate non corrispondono al vero. Posizione centrale che sembra avere il suo fascino immaginando gli anni d'oro delle famose terme.

La struttura fa capire di avere avuto un passato luminoso e lussuoso ma non è stata manutenzionata , né tantomeno rinnovata. Le zone comuni mantengono un fascino proprio, ma i servizi sono quasi inesistenti , a parte il wifi. Stiamo parlando di quello che era un 4 stelle superiore, ma in cui i bagni , almeno nella mia stanza, sono quelli di 50 anni fa (rubinetteria ormai malandata), frigobar in disuso, niente luce sul comodino, niente secondo cuscino in armadio. Sono arrivato (con prenotazione) alle 12,30 ed ho trovato l'ingresso chiuso , ho dovuto telefonare per farmi aprire e mi è stato detto che prima delle 15,00 non era possibile fare il ceck-in , non entrare in camera (magari comprensibile), non era possibile proprio registrarsi . Non parlo della colazione assieme a 150 ragazzi di una gita scolastica ... con zero personale in sala ... sono andato a prendere il caffè al bar fuori . Peccato ... ma allo stato attuale da evitare.
