I rented a seasonal room with the understanding that visitors were allowed. In July and August, I was told they could only enter with invitation cards while they don't need invitation cards before July and after August, which I agreed to. The first time I had a visitor in July, they refused entry, saying the invitation cards weren't ready yet—completely their fault! They made it my problem, making my guest wait in the lobby because they don't have an invitation. This was after my initial experience with them: I was forced to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes while a staff member argued with me, insisting I didn’t have a room there—even though I had the key and offered to show my ID. The person was rude, dismissive, and made me wait an additional time before finally letting me in. Today was even worse. My sister-in-law arrived to visit, only for a rude staff member to inform me that a new rule was suddenly in place: no visitors allowed. I was never informed of this change, leading to unnecessary conflict as my guest was already at the door. If I’m paying for a room or chalet, I expect clear communication, not to be blindsided. Adding to that, my wife was left waiting at the parking gate for 15 minutes despite showing the parking card and ID. The security guard, displaying a complete lack of professionalism, made her wait for no reason. If you value your peace and time, avoid this place at all costs. The management is a nightmare, and the service is just the worst service ever.
