Плохой отель. Не рекомендую. Обманывают в стоимости и дают абсолютно другие номера. Отказались вызывать менеджера и смеялись в лицо. Для чек ин пришлось простоять час на ресепшн. На завтрак в еде был замечен какой то жук((( сплошное разочарование

Best service ever, amazing staff that are very kind and caring. Especially Adel who works at reception and Ahmad who works at the bar near the pool. The hotel in general and the rooms are very clean and comfy. Excellent views everywhere you go, very relaxing and a perfect getaway to have fun and chill.

فندق جميل ونظيف جدا العاملين بالفندق جميعهم لطفاء غرفة الطعام دائما نظيفه ومرتبه ورائحتها جميله الطعام بشكل عام جيد جدا ومنوع اسماك لحوم ودجاج وايضا نباتي شكرا للعاملين هناك جميعا واخص بالذكر العاملين في الرسبشن على ما رتبوه بمناسبه عيدي من زينه وكعكه وتمنيات شكرااااا من كل قلبي وايضا الشيف لا اذكر اسمه اعد لي صحن تبوله رائع حتى بدون ما اطلب شكرا لكم جميعا اشجعكم على الاستمرار بلرقي والسعي داىما لما هو افضل بالتأكيد اوصي به

Unfriendly staff , bad service at main restaurant and old facilities . many workers are not polite and shouting at us and each other , the room and toilet are not 5 star hotel . Food is good at diner time and OSAMA at beach bar is very nice person .

this hotel very bad because The service and food in the restaurants around the hotel are intolerable! Do not pay for dinner at this hotel! U better bring bread from home with some butter and save your money. Push double and then eat outside if possible. The worst food was in hotels in the world The music is terrible, arabic music which dosent let you get calm and enjoy some quitness. Bad experience as a tourist in Sina
