Z zewnątrz nie pozorny, skrywa ładne pokoje, smaczne, z dużym wyborem śniadania, spa z dużym jacuzzi saunami i brodzikiem. Świętna baza wypadowa by pojeździć na Szrenicy (narciarnia). Kręgle i piwo w zimowym ogrodzie i nic więcej nie potrzeba. Najważniejsze co czasem żadko spotkać a tu jest tego pod dostatkiem to przesympatyczna obsługa.

Najmocniejszą stroną hotelu jest jego położenie i przemiły personel!!! Zostaliśmy bardzo serdecznie przyjęci, pokoje są dosyć małe, ale wystarczające i bardzo czyste, co dla mnie jest szczególnie ważne. Po wejściu do pokoju pachniało wręcz czystością. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne, różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, nawet wegetarianie. Duży wybór wędlin, serów, dań ciepłych, świeże pieczywa, napoje ciepłe i zimne. W recepcji można się posilić swojskimi pajdami chleba za smalcem i ogórkiem, co było strasznie miłe i wyjątkowe! Niestety mieliśmy problem z Internetem, w naszym pokoju w zasadzie w ogóle nie działał. Mieliśmy też pecha trafić na awarię i jednego wieczoru nie mieliśmy w ogóle wody, więc nie mogliśmy się umyć, ale to już nie było zależne od hotelu. Z chęcią wrócimy jeszcze raz, jeśli odwiedzimy Szklarską Porębę :)
