Es war ein herrliches Vergnügen Ihre Gäste sein zu dürfen. Das Personal, die Küche, die Sauberkeit und der Komfort sind einzigartig gut. Wir haben uns alle unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt zudem sehr ruhig mit einem herrlichen Rundumblick. Die Einrichtung bietet viel Abwechslung - auch für Familien.

Bardzo dobry hotel z basenami, blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby (500m do głównej ulicy), a jednocześnie z dala od jej zgiełku. Restauracja ze szwedzkim bufetem, może nie zapewnia wielu dań, ale czego by nie spróbować - wszystko bardzo dobrze wygląda i jest smaczne. Pokoje są nowocześnie urządzone, z pięknymi widokami przez okno. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Wszędzie bardzo czysto, a całość przystępna cenowo. Byłem tam drugi raz i na pewno wrócę. Pozdrawiam i polecam!

Honestly I can't rate this place any more highly for families. It made holidaying with 2 little ones so easy and relaxing. Everywhere was so clean, everything had been thought of in terms of family friendly-ness. Reception staff were lovely. Food was fantastic and very reasonable (but used to UK prices ). Thanks so much for a wonderful, unforgettable stay.

Excellent restaurant. And beautiful outdoor areas (with swimming pool and sauna). The hotel is right next to the forest.

This is my favourite place in Karkonosze. Nice views, exellent food, greenery around, what makes stay restfull, super spa and very good saunas and swimming pools.
