It is a good hotel to rest in a quiet place. It is clean and the food is excellent. If there are few people for dinner, they do not operate it as a buffet but provide a course meal.

Exceptional hotel in terms of price/quality indicator. Decent breakfast with variety of dishes (including local dishes & cheese), very good spa facilities and a great view from the window (if your room is located on the mountain sight). The property itself is new and sustained in perfect condition. The staff is also doing a good job.

Our stay at Radisson Szklarska Poręba was absolutely excellent. The hotel combines modern design with comfort, warmth, and a high standard of service that made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished – with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The wellness area was a highlight: relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna areas were never overcrowded, and the atmosphere was perfect after a day of hiking or skiing. Breakfast was another high point – generous, varied, and of great quality. Plenty of both local and international options, with fresh ingredients and excellent coffee. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Szklarska Poręba – whether for nature, skiing, or just a relaxing weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

比較新的酒店，各個設施很新，水療中心也很好。大部分員工都很友好（少部分除外）。 早餐自助很好，晚餐自助尚可。衹是入住第一天房間的玻璃杯竟然是上一位客人留下的臟的。衞生需改進。

Wir waren als Paar für 2 Nächte in dem Hotel. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden, jedoch ließ der Service sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Negativ: Kleine Sonderwünsche (wie z.B. eine Tischreservierung im Restaurant zu unserem Hochzeitstag) wurden direkt und ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Ein Wechsel von Abendessen zu Lunch in der Halbpension, konnte ebenfalls nicht ermöglicht werden. Hinzukam, dass offenbar nur an der Rezeption Mitarbeiter mit Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnissen zur Verfügung standen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein und unter der Woche gibt es scheinbar nur eine Spa Mitarbeiterin, die sehr ausgebucht war und leider ebenfalls nur Polnisch und kein Englisch sprach. Also als Wellnesshotel ist das Hotel eher ungeeignet. Positiv: Das Essen war hervorragend. Es wurde auch immer schnell nachgeliefert, wenn etwas leer war am Buffet. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und gut Schall isoliert. Man hat von den anderen Gästen auf dem Flur akustisch nichts mitbekommen.
