Hotel Na Skarpie

My wife and I had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Na Skarpie. The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway in the mountains. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff, in general, were extremely kind, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Adam the porter and the hotel manager — both of whom were outstanding in their approach and made us feel genuinely welcome. However, we did notice one element that felt out of place: the bartender. Unfortunately, his appearance and demeanor did not match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. A more professional and tidy presentation would certainly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in such a well-kept environment. As it stands, it discouraged us from spending time at the bar. Another suggestion: it would be a great idea to include one hour of private access to the spa zone in the room price, even if it means a slightly higher rate. It would add a sense of exclusivity and comfort. Also, the presence of cameras in the spa area felt inappropriate and potentially raises privacy concerns — this is something that should be reconsidered. Aside from these minor issues, our stay was truly wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would gladly return. With just a couple of improvements, it could be absolutely perfect. As we say in school — a solid 5 on rails!
