Wonderful place - mainlyThe advantage of this place is the staff. The best bartender I've ever met: Mr. Wojtek, the amazing manager of the restaurant: Mr. Adam, the excellent Chef: Mr. Tomek. I come here with my family at least once a year, it's all because of the staff. There are probably many nicer looking and more modern hotels in Poland, but I've probably never met anywhere else such a guest-focused staff as the crew of the Klimczok hotel.

Super Hotel, dobre jedzenie, cały hotel bardzo czysty. Pokoje są ładne i czyste. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne😀. Byliśmy też na basenie, tylko dwa baseny rwącą rzeka i jacuzzi. Trochę mało ale nieźle się bawiliśmy😀. Była też siłownia ale z niej nie korzystałem. Wyjazd spędziłem bardzo dobrze.

Przydzielono mi ładny pokój , widać niedawno po odnowie. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżko , puszyste poduszki . Miałem dobry mocny sen. Bogate duże śniadanie , miłą obsługa . Polecam hotel na krótki jak i długi wyjazd z rodziną lub indywidualny pobyt.

Globally very good conditions, 1 topic to be improve it is lift, 1 lift too little and its availability limited, room standard LUX very clean and looking nice, comfortable for 4 person family, would be excellent to have separated sleeping room but cannot complain about quality. Food at restaurant is as well on good quality level, staff friendly, many things to do like bowling, ping pong, Bilard, football table, swimming pool with sauna, fitness area.

Najwyższy poziom obsługi klienta i pełen profesjonalizm również przy organizacji bardzo dużego wydarzenia. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, podane zawsze w wykwintny sposób. W całym obiekcie czysto bez względu na porę doby i roku. Gorąco polecam.

Przyjazny dla dzieci. Czyste pokoje. Fajne baseny Blisko do stoków Super animacje Pysze jedzenie Zupki dla dzieci o 13tej - bardzo fajny pomysł. Pub Highlander wymiata, super kuchnia, sympatyczni i otwarci barmani. To już nasz kolejny raz w Klimoczoku i pewnie nie ostatni

Wspaniały pobyt, pomimo braku śniegu. Czyste pokoje i ładny wystrój hotelu. Niestety tylko gazowana woda mineralna. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i bogaty wybór potraw w postaci szwedzkiego stołu oraz ciekawy wybór win i innych alkoholi. Miła obsługa i zawsze usłużna obsługa.
