Cudowny pobyt, Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, pyszne bogate jedzenie. Na plus akceptacja piesków. Świetne relaksujące zabiegi. Bardzo Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum a jednocześnie w hotelu cisza i spokój. Piękne widoki. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z oferty hotelu.

Hotel ok, lokalizacja w centrum Szczyrku, dojście troszkę pod górkę. W restauracji obsługiwał nas przemiły kelner z Białorusi, bardzo kulturalny i miło było z nim porozmawiać. Ponadto fajny basen, sauny. W pokoju mogłaby być lodówka, po za tym niczego nie brakowało. Posiłki ciekawie przyrządzone i smaczne. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Very nice stay in Elbrus Hotel. High level of service with the strong feeling that Team is taking care of you during the stay. Very good SPA facilities and quality of treatment on worldwide top level. Very good restaurant with fresh menu and variety of meals options. Location is perfect for summer or winter stay. We will come back in the future for sure.

Hotel Elbrus odwiedzilismy juz dwa razy. Pierwszy raz w styczniu a drugi raz w sieepniu. Zawsze bylismy zadowoleni z milej obslugi, wspanialych śniadań oraz fajnego basenu. Korzystaliśmy z śniadania i obiadokolacji. Wszystko bylo smaczne i świeże. Z pokoju mielismy widok na Skrzyczne.

Byliśmy pierwszy raz w tym hotelu choć w zeszłym roku tam wysłaliśmy teściów na weekend. W obu naszych przypadkach odczucia są bardzo pozytywne. Hotel czysty, zadbany. Posiłki bardzo dobre a "romantyczna kolacja" z pakietu wręcz obłędna. Spa świadczy usługi na wysokim poziomie. Świetna lokalizacja. Polecam. Ps. Podjazd zimą może być problematyczny.

Hotel ogólnie bardzo OK. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. Dobra kawa. Długi czas serwowania sprawia że nie jest tłoczno;). Basen fajny, ciepła woda ok. 30°C. Przed południem często pusty. Jacuzzi wbudowane w basen. Po poludniu woda jest chłodniejsza. Brakuje drugiego jacuzzi z cieplejszą wodą. Parking móglby miec kilka miejsc wiecej. Wieczorem robi się mało miejsca kiedy hotel jest cały zajęty. Podjazd pod hotel dość stromy. Latem bez problemu ale zimą może być różnie. Obsługa miła uśmiechnięta i pomocna.
