Nie polecam tego hotelu. Wiele opinii wygląda na fałszywe, a rzeczywistość znacznie odbiega od tego, co jest opisywane w internecie. Cena jest zdecydowanie za wysoka w porównaniu do jakości usług. Pokoje nie spełniają oczekiwań, obsługa nie zawsze jest pomocna, a standard nie odpowiada deklarowanej liczbie gwiazdek. Zdecydowanie można znaleźć lepsze miejsce w tej samej cenie.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu tydzień ferii i był to rewelacyjny wypoczynek. Hotel położony przy promenadzie nad potokiem Grajcarek, 5 minut piechotą od stacji narciarskiej Palenica. Na miejscu plac zabaw z tyrolką i niewielka górka na sanki. Pokój lux z antresolą w sam raz dla rodziny 2+2, dla dzieciaków to dodatkowa atrakcja. Sam hotel urządzony ciekawie, w łazience dobrej jakości kosmetyki i armatura. Minus jedynie za wygłuszenie pokoi, a właściwie jego brak - słychać wszystkich sąsiadów dookoła. Obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna, żadna prośba nie była problemem. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne: lubię próbować wszystkiego, przez tydzień w zasadzie nie było potrawy, do której mogłabym się przyczepić. Niestety przy dużym obłożeniu tłok w restauracji, na basenie i w przestrzeniach wspólnych, aczkolwiek sama strefa spa bardzo przyjemna. Reasumując, hotel godny polecenia - dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, na pewno wrócimy, także w lecie, bo Szczawnica jest piękna i pełna atrakcji.

Stayed at szczawnica for 4 nights. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were decent, and the food was good. Overall a good experience. Would recommend for family and friends.
