Family travel resort hotel, rich indoor and outdoor water projects, super large indoor playground, liberating mommy. Beautiful lake view, convenient dining, well-organized, Asian faces are not common, lost bags and swimming rings were successfully found 😓 Driving the ferry to the town of Tihany is also a good experience.

We had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by KC at the reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The facilities were top-notch with beautiful views of Lake Balaton and plenty of activities for the child in the kid's club. The rooms were child friendly design and clean. The dinner was impressive offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the family park which was well-maintained and never felt overcrowded. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to KC and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!:)

Very clean hotel, food r good. Staff r not good we have very bad treatment from one of the staff, a manger, unfortunately we couldn’t cancel booking so we stay. But.. Hotel r very good! Kids area perfect. Water park perfect rooms super clean..

Si nous avions su... nous ne serions pas venu!!! Sur le site de l’hôtel, nous avions vu qu’il pourrait y avoir pas mal de familles. Sauf que l’hôtel devrait marquer TRÈS clairement "famille seulement ". Sur l’ensemble de l’hôtel, environ 120 chambres, nous étions 2 couples à priori. Pourquoi ma note de 2/5. Un seul point positif, notre chambre, la 309, nous avions 2 terrasses dont 1 qui était face au lac, et une literie top. Sinon: * le restaurant, buffet type Tunisie ou République Dominicaine. En 4 jours, nous avons eu droit à la soirée française, italienne, asiatique... il est vrai que venir en Hongrie en vacances pour manger des sushis.. au fait, nous étions sur les rives du plus grand lac d’Europe. Le seul poisson au buffet : du saumon, n’importe quoi!!!! * petit déjeuner basique, que des produits industriels * à partir de 10h, ne comptez pas aller nager... envahi par les enfants, normal. *À 14h30, nous avions envie d’une glace: erreur fatale, pas possible, seulement au restaurant le soir... * à notre arrivée pas de grandes serviettes de toilette * les draps étaient changés systématiquement au bout de 3 jours. Nous avons mis la pancarte "changer les draps " sur le lit au bout de 2 nuits pour faire 2 et 2. Ils n’ont jamais été changés, une grande première dans un 5 étoiles. * le ménage, très aléatoire. Des poussières sont restées les 4 jours sous 1 table. Le 3eme jour, après avoir insisté très lourdement auprès de la réception, il a été fait à 17h30, pratique ! Franchement, en dehors du fait des enfants, ce qui n’à pas été 1 critère pour ma note, cet hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles ! Surtout que pour 4 nuits, nous avons payé 2 mois de salaire moyen Hongrois !

I haven't yet done check out so maybe the price will scare me. That being said my kids loved it here, lots of kids things to do for children (in the summer) food was great. and room were good. AC didn't cook to reception supplied us with both a fan and an portable cooling unit. They plan to renovate the entire air conditioning as well. Special shout out to the German Carlson who is the head chef. I enjoyed all my meals here. Everyday is food from a different region and I quite enjoyed it. I have put on way too much weight on this vacation. Also shout out to Vin who works in the restaurant, he was my server the first day and he took care of my every night I came in. He even noticed that my daughter likes to eat with a pink spoon and started keeping it for her. I was supposed to leave in 5 days, changed my flight and stayed for 10 nights. I will visit again yearly until my children are too old to enjoy.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Familienhotel der oberen Preisklasse. Sehr bemühtes Personal, . Es wird großen Wert auf kindgerechte Einrichtung gelegt, Kinder WCs, Kinderbuffet auf Kinderaugenhöhe. Sehr ruhige Zimmer durch Schallschutz, gut ausgerüstet mit Kaffeemaschine und Elektrowasserkocher.Angenehm leise Klimaanlage und großzügige Badezimmer.Auf Anfragen und Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert (extra Decken etc)Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einen Wäscheständer am Balkon, das würde nasse Handtücher am Balkongeländer verhindern.

It is a relative new and the only five star hotel on the south shore of the lake Balaton. The prices are high. The cons: It is early afternoon, and I am sitting in my uncleaned room. The outside temperature is 40°C and the aircondition hardly works. It's max capacity 26,5°C. We were informed about this on our arrival at the front desk. When this hotel was built the reeds on the shore were extinct. This extinction is against all environment protection, because the reeds filter and clean the water of the lake. The extintion was perfunctionary, the reeds are growing back, and it is rather difficult to get in the water. the pros: The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious The hotel is a paradise for young couples with children, There are big and well equipped playgrounds and in- and outdoor pools with numerous sildes. This is why the garden and the restaurant is rather noisy. We booked breakfast and diner. The food is plenty and in excellent quality. The garden is big, and there is a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. All in all, for grown ups, and elderly this hotel is recomended in late spring or in the early autumn.

Pìękny ogromny obiekt z mnóstwem atrakcji dla dzieci. Położony nas samym Balatonem ze wspaniałym widokiem na jezioro. Wszędzie uprzejmi pracownicy, czysto we wszystkich wspólnych przestrzeniach. Minusem jest jednak cena wejścia z basenów i bawialni. 441 zl za rodzinę 2+1 to trochę dużo.
