We booked this online, when we arrived the front desk person couldn’t find our reservation nor knew how to deal with bc a room booked via Trip.com. The confirmation number meant nothing to him. It took over 45 minutes to get into our rooms( we had landed late and were travelling with my 93 year old father who needed to get into his room quickly) but checkin was a nightmare. The rooms needed remodeling, the upholstered chairs were broken and filthy. The towels were old, thin and scratchy. Look somewhere else to stay.

Very limited breakfast
Breakfast was VERY limited - which is fine if you know on advance that it will be cereal and hard boiled eggs and some pastry.
Breakfast can be prepared for in advance advance travelling.

I arrived 2am. There was no one at front desk. The front desk person had been sleeping. The entire placed looked run down. The carpet in hallway was soiled and dirty. It smelled like mold, and dead bugs were in the room. It was dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair, dirt and grime. I booked for two. It was only towels for one. The sheets and mattresses were dirty. The price was reasonable. The location convenient and easy to get to. The customer service person was overall nice and courteous. However mostly no one at front desk. On checking out, the express was to just leave card on the desk and no one there.

Nice people but not clean.
The people were nice but the room was dirty. There was mold at the bottom of a trash can and blood on the tv list paper. All in all it worked for what we needed but we kept our baby in her pack in play

An older gentleman at the desk was very unhelpful once his female coworker stepped in she was great !
Poor breakfast selections otherwise clean and safe.

Overall property was old and outdated. On the up side it was pretty clean. Free breakfast pretty much cheerios and toast. Price was reasonable for what you got
