The location is very convenient and quiet. The cabin is clean and warm and therefore we were able to sleep well in the freezing cold nights. Enough cooking facilities for us to cook a few simple meals. We were all happy staying here!

This is the first stay for us at Southside Village. It was an overnight stop off. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The personal touch of having the air conditioning on warm when we came in was a lovely thought and showed the staff cared about the people who stayed with them. All in all a very lovely stay and we will recommend Southside Village to everyone. We will be back again.

Facilities were clean and in good condition. Tommy the manager was very friendly and helpful. I ran the battery down on my caravan because we could not get a powered site at first. We were camped in the grassed area. Tommy came to the rescue and allowed us to use a space next to one of their cabins. We were able to plug in and use the power and recharged our battery while we were site seeing in Canberra. We left the next morning and when I went to pay for the power, they said "don't worry about it". If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Well We on tour with international artist working long hours day and night really only there to sleep for 2-3hours at most between Thursday till Saturday, we actually unaware check out was 10 as the boss booked and paid! The owner so rude banging on door of cabin telling us we needed to leave, I apologise and asked if we could check out at 12pm. Its the way he went about it. He coukd have been nice and understood our situation..... rather jump down my throat at 2 hours if sleep. Beng nice goes a long way! Horrible beds very dated cabins, We stayed at hilton in Adelaide for simular money. Spend some money on your assets!!! And be nice to your paying customers!! Maybe your business will do better! Bugs in the kettle
