Got sick with covid 2 days before i got there, went to cancel my hotel night there and they DENIED IT THE DAYS AFTER I WAS SUPPOSE TO STAY, then asked for a doctors thing in order to get a partial refund, do they not know at home covid tests exist? Anyways dont book with them they will scam you scam you and scam you over and over.

Guest computer had many viruses so it was very, very slow in making connections. Bathroom shower fixtures need replacing. Motel was full and a large group of kids devoured most of the breakfast items by 7:15 AM. Staff was unable to replace items and ran out of some things like pancake syrup. What was there was pretty good but it was slow going to get eggs or sausage due to short staffing.

Hotel was okay, pillows flat, rooms stinky, breakfast eggs tasty nasty, pool floor was dirty, shower stall in room was dirty floor. Staff was nice, friendly, they loved my service dog. The grounds was clean and very close to kings island, was quite for a Friday night

Kinda creepy, people sitting on the curbs and door stoops watching your every move and looking in the car as you take your bags out. We got a double bed room which was kinda small ! Breakfast was not great , gross sausage patties and a cold egg patty. Staff was nice enough paying didn’t go as was told it would on the phone , charged card before we got there and it was supposed to be pay at hotel ! Wouldn’t recommend.

Great location and staff. Hotel has comfortable bed great fridge and amenities. Location is central to Mason office’s restaurant’s and shopping. Rooms are well kept and comfortable furniture. I can brag enough on the morning staff enough super helpful.

My stay at Comfort Inn Northeast was okay, but the exhaust system in room 241 smelled sour and made my sinuses bad. My major complaint was at breakfast each day they were out of yogurt shortly after 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday; but it ended at 10:00. The attendant was not very pleasant when asked about more yogurt!

Worst hotel experience ever and the hotel rooms very disgusting and the bathroom was also very dirty and the bathtub had a chip in it like a dent the pillows were very bad and dirty with yellow stains on it the closet smelled bad too and the elevator was dirty even the floor was chipped the carpet was very disgusting so we ended up leaving
