Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process.
It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job.

How should I put it? After all, it is a motel, and you need to find a place to sleep and rest during your trip. There is a bed, a wall, and a separate bathroom, and the overall space is relatively large. It's just that the facilities do need to be updated. It would be great if the store owner invested a little in decoration.

This place is old but OK. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, the air con worked and the bathroom was good. It was quiet and the staff were pleasant. One of the better motels we have stayed in while visiting Sydney. I did think it was expensive but that's Sydney.

Would never stay again! Booked the executive room….terrible! Bathroom sad, ..whole room in need of attention, air con did not function properly…could not get it to heat and no one available after 8 pm to help. Extra blanket very shabby..not enough power points, Parking awkward, shower in bath dangerous …you had to step in, exhaust fan in bathroom so noisy! Something wrong…breakfast in a box if you needed it, we were not told when booking that restaurant was closed …. TV only local channels… would not recommend at all very overpriced..should be pitched as a low budget room and priced as such..if this was the executive suite…imagine the ordinary rooms!

Only stayed 1 night. Suited me but would not stay any longer. Dirty dishes from previous guests still in room. Very old and needs an upgrade asap. Woken up by noisy neighbours at 4am. Not a welcoming place to stay.

Pretty average, the rooms was small and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the fittings rusty. I would have expected better for the money.

Room needs attention, painted bathroom tiles which were peeling, bathroom needs renovation.
