Beautiful and spotless! Only difficulty we had was the consistency of the water temperature, once hot was super hot and took time to cool off. But overall wonderful stay, so convenient to shop and dine in downtown Sylva and well decorated with attention to detail!

The renovations that they did are awesome. I did have a little mini fridge in my room, access to movies and it was very comfortable. The town of Sylva is really beautiful, It's a great place to stay.

Recently remodeled, but still has issues. No fridge in the room, no ice machine on site, and not even a coke machine. When I asked if they had any drinks in the lobby I was greeted as if I had three heads. The recent paint and new fixtures are nice but the 40% increase in the room rate is not worth it.
