I booked the room for the concert, and I accepted the 1700 per night Ibis booking... I checked in and found that the bathroom was not cleaned at all. There were urine stains on the toilet seat and under the seat. I called and asked them to clean it again. They promised but didn't come. When I left, I asked the front desk to call someone, and they agreed. When I went back around 10pm, it was still not cleaned. No one answered the phone, so I went downstairs and found the front desk. This time it was handled in time, but the problem was that it was already midnight. Why did they do it earlier?
