About 7 min walk from the train station, and next to the shopping mall. You can walk to the very busy areas with shops and restaurants. But the hotel area is quiet. It is good for its price.

Sydney thunderstorm, my flight was cancelled, I could not check in, and the hotel refused to cancel the order.
I am planning to travel around the world. I have been to many countries, stayed in many hotels, and encountered similar situations. The hotels are happy to help me solve the problem and accept the cancellation of the order to avoid my loss, but this hotel did not.
Emotionally, this is an impersonal hotel.
Logically, the terms and conditions of the Accor Group's official website clearly state that if it is due to force majeure, neither party needs to bear responsibility. The hotel actually replied that booking from a third party needs to follow "special terms" and refused to cancel. Australian law should also advocate that there is no need to bear responsibility due to force majeure. If I didn't have time, I would hire a lawyer to go to court and confront the hotel!

Stayed here for another 5 nights. Good location and close to everything if you don’t mind to walk or take public transportation. You can leave your luggage for storage if you need to check in early or after check out which is good. We had AC issue the first time we stayed here the same month but thankfully, our second stay is a little better. The AC is better this time thanks to the man in the receptionist, forgot his name but thank you so much. Breakfast was average but pretty much the same every day. Note that a lot of flight attendants and flight crew stay here so expect that it is crowded and loud early in the morning. Recommend this hotel for its location.
