I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hilton Sydney in Executive Room 3612 from February 27, 2025, to March 3, 2025. My experience was marred by several significant issues that were not resolved during my visit:
• In-Room Phone Malfunction: The phone in my room was non-functional for the entire duration of my 6-day, 5-night stay, making it very difficult to contact hotel services when needed.
• No Internet Connection: There was no internet connection available on my floor, which severely impacted my ability to work and stay connected during my stay.
• Poor Management Response: I raised these issues with Duty Manager Ms. Kamola and Front Office Manager Mr. Alex, but their responses were unsatisfactory and demonstrated a lack of responsibility. Their handling of the situation left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Given Hilton’s reputation for high-quality service, I expected a much better experience. I kindly request a detailed explanation regarding these shortcomings, the measures being taken to address them, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
