The breakfast is not good. It is not as good as the cheaper hotel W Sydney. There is no view. The location and view cannot be compared with Park Hyatt. The room is quite big. There is a lounge for hotel guests to drink tea and coffee for free during the day. However, when I was sitting in it eating cookies, a giant fly bigger than a wasp kept flying around. This experience was really speechless. The most serious flaw is that the hotel does not have a special place for getting on and off the bus. I had to cross the traffic to get on the bus across the road when waiting for the bus at the hotel entrance. I saw some drivers only park across the road to drop off guests, and carried a lot of luggage across the road!! May I ask which luxury hotel is designed like this? ? The price-performance ratio is too average. I go to Sydney every month. This is my first time staying at Capella. My friend said to try this one. I feel that it is really not cost-effective and has no characteristics.

This is the hotel with the best service and facilities that I have stayed in in Australia for 20 years. The rooms are spacious and clean, the design is simple and thoughtful, and the service is attentive, exceeding expectations. If I have to say one area for improvement, it would be the quality of the breakfast, but that doesn’t stop me from loving this hotel~

The room design is tasteful, and there are a lot of things, such as daily water and free soft drinks. When booking, fill in three people, and the extra bed is ready when you enter the room. It is very suitable for bringing children. The double bed is super big! I think the room is perfect! Dyson hair dryer. There is a stool in the bathroom that I like very much. Ke Yi sits on it to fiddle with his face. The toiletries smell good, and all materials are replenished in time every day without any omissions. I am very happy about this. In Australia, such housekeeping is perfect! The breakfast is also good. Many people say that there are few varieties. Crown has so many varieties, but you don’t like everything. The Benedict here is much better than Crown! It’s not on the same level. And the bacon ingredients for breakfast here are better than Crown. The porridge tastes very good, and the taste of fried dough sticks and fried dough stick soy sauce is super authentic. I didn’t drink it in the first few days, and I drank it on the last day. I drank less, hahaha. The level of orange juice, pineapple juice, etc. is higher than Crown. The fruit is not as good as Crown's blueberries and oranges, but the strawberries are much better than Crown's and very sweet. So the lack of variety is not a problem, the key is to have good quality. How much can you eat for breakfast? (Of course, those who think about ** all the time when eating buffets should not come here, it is not suitable for you) The check-in pre-sale right is only 1 yuan. In fact, I don't care if you charge hundreds of dollars, but 1 yuan is a trust in the guests, which makes people feel comfortable. On rainy days, the doorman will run out to pick you up when he sees you at the door, and ask you if you want an umbrella when you go out. He will give you the umbrella... In short, it is a very good hotel. The only shortcoming is that the toilet does not have a washlet device, which is not friendly to people who like to wash their butts. The doors of the toilet and shower room are very high, but only two upper and lower fixing points are used. The doors often shake, which I think is a bit scary. I am afraid that the door will not hang. The glass of the shower room is transparent, but the toilet room is privacy glass? Is it installed upside down? It feels embarrassing to be seen by others when taking a shower. Taking a shower should be more private than sitting on the toilet, right? The swimming pool is very good, the hot spring is also good, the preparations in the locker room are very considerate, each storage room has mineral water, towels, and room slippers, but the massage function of the hot spring is not turned on, which is a bit disappointing. The hotel is in a very good location, to the north of the Opera House, to the east of the Botanical Gardens, to the south of shopping, a little walk, there is a popular Thai restaurant in the Gateway across the street, it is delicious! Every day, there is a long queue of people of all skin colors, and the hotel is very convenient. In general, Capella has no scenery outside the window, everything else is perfect, it is the best hotel in Sydney!
