I am not sure that the money we saved by staying a little away from the airport before our flight was worth it as we had to take 2 taxis that could have been spent on a better room in a closer hotel with a free shuttle to the airport. The beds were a bit hard, but the room was fine for the very little time we spent in it.

As my reason to stay was the proximity to the airport, the hotel exceeded my expectations as the room was small but comfy, they have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast attached to the hotel and in minutes I could get a taxi to the airport. Great value for money.

I decided to stay here because I booked a flight to France at 7:50. I took a bus from the city center to here at 20:09. The Google map navigation was not accurate, and the hotel was booked at the crossroads opposite the hotel, which shocked me because it was a big road, late at night, and there were not many people around. Later, I checked the hotel location on Ctrip, opened the location and selected Google maps to locate it accurately.
Checking in at the hotel was smooth, just leave your email and signature. The hotel is very quiet, and there are not many people in the first place. The room is very clean, with heating, and a hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk.
The transportation is also convenient, and the bus stop is a two-minute walk away. I went there at 5:30 and took bus No. 41 to Airport T2.
I remember waving at the bus, and the bus did not stop even if no one got on or off. It is very close to the airport. The taxi cost more than ten euros, and I paid 2.5 yuan for the bus.

No bad, no frill accommodation not too far from Dublin airport. Though important to note that last bus from airport to hotel is at 11pm

It is 3 km from the airport, and a taxi to the airport costs more than 10 euros. There are no restaurants or supermarkets around. If you are catching a flight the next morning, staying in this hotel is also an option. The front desk can book a taxi for you. The room size and facilities are OK. The hotel has a restaurant, and the barbecue there is large and delicious.
